HOW TO RETURN A ONLINE PRODUCT FROM "FLIPKART" OR "SNAPDEAL" AFTER THE RETURN POLICY IS EXPIRED?

It is usual that we buy products from online markets such as flipkart,sanpdeal,etc. Many of these products
appears to be defective and can be returned as they are coming under return policy of 7 to 10 days. But the question appears in our mind is that "what to do after return policy is expired?". There is a legal way by which you can return your defective product only to that seller.



Today i will let you know how to do this.The steps are easy to follow but the only requirements are as follows:
1.You should know how to write in English .
2.An E-mail account to send an E-mail.
3.A valid reason to return that product.
4.A defective product that stopped working by itself only.
   *(This process is only valid for electrical products such as a watch,mobile,RAM,etc.)

Step 1 : You have to find the customer care E-mail address of that online market to which you want to return.For example Snapdeal "help@snapdeal.com". Now you have to write a E-mail giving all information about your product damage and what you want return or replacement. You will get an E-mail from them within day.

  
Step 2 : After getting that E-mail you have to open it and read what it say. That 
E-mail will tell you that your request has been approved and a inspector will come to inspect that product.If it is really not working than it will return or replace it. If you are doing fraud he will never approve it.That inspector take 7 to 10 days to come.so don't worry about the delay.

Conclusion : Do not do any kind of fraud with them because it can lead to severe circumstances.
I am giving this information as i have experienced all this.This all has gone with my digital watch from sanpdeal.
